Signs of Imbalance: Hesitation, poor judgment, rash decisions, shyness, resentment, high cholesterol, dream-disturbed sleep, weak tendons, tendonitis.
Support Tips:
Avoid heavy, spicy, or greasy foods before bed.
Refrain from late-night snacking and alcohol.
